8. Settlements & Payouts

Settlement timelines are subject to banking schedules, compliance checks, and transaction verification processes.

VaultPay is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Banking partners
  • Technical interruptions
  • Regulatory reviews
  • Incorrect merchant information

9. API & Developer Usage

Developers using VaultPay APIs must:

  • Use APIs in accordance with official documentation
  • Avoid unauthorized access attempts
  • Not misuse or overload platform infrastructure
  • Maintain secure handling of API credentials

We reserve the right to suspend API access for misuse or security concerns.
